If you are having trouble connecting, please try these basic troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure that your connecting is working by trying another internet based app such such as Safari.
- Playing on a different device from the same connection.
- Playing on a different connection with the same device.
- Ensure that you have ports 4234, 9050, 443 and 80 open on your router/modem.
